Great service! Ladd and his crew recently renovated my mother's front and back yard in Sun Lakes. Ladd helped us come up with a great plan and design. He is very knowledgeable and experienced. He is great at explaining why some things work and somethings don't. A very good communicator. The job included removing old plants, trees, rock and replacing and installing new plants, adding new pavers, artificial turf, lighting and building a pergola that also has lighting. Even taking care of a few things not originally discussed. His crews are punctual, talented, hardworking, and focused. They also were kept a clean work sight each day. Ladd goes above and beyond.

Very happy working with Ladd and his crew. They showed up on time, put in an honest day's work, and were very neat. I had them put stone and artificial turf in the front and back yards, install drip watering systems for all of the plants and recommend and install all of the plants. Liked their work so much I had them come back to lay down compacted "quarter minus" where my property butts up against the local taxiway to keep the dust and weeds down, and to install a 25-foot, 1 piece flagpole in the front of the house. Landpros has also been very good about honoring their warranty. Several of the plants originally died during 2024's long hot, dry summer and they were all replaced this spring with new plants that seem very happy so far.
Photos of the work are included. Around the pool they installed the stone, plants, artificial turf, low voltage lighting and travertine. In front, you can see the stone, plants, turf, low voltage lighting, and flagpole. The last two photos show the compacted quarter minus between my block wall and the taxiway.
